Michael is an organizational development specialist who has spent 20 years working with non-profit organizations and their leaders. As an association executive, he led membership, certification, and information technology initiatives in both large and small organizations. For the past 10 years, Michael has focused on implementing change management strategies as well as individual, team, and organizational performance improvement.
Previously, Michael was founder of Paragon Solutions, a technology solutions partner that provided back office operations for several association clients. Throughout his career, in a variety of roles, he has focused on how organizations implement processes that are designed to increase the value proposition for members.
Michael serves as a community volunteer with the Galveston Police Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. He also advises undergraduate leaders at the University of Texas, presenting a variety of leadership development topics.
Michael graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Liberal Studies, and George Washington University with a degree in Human Resource Development.
